去年八月买的Toshiba Satellite L305-S5946 今天出了毛病。症状如下：When I turn on the computer it goes to the Toshiba page then goes black except for a little white mark in the upper left hand corner and breeze. 到网上求解。得到建意如下：remove the battery and unplug the ac adapter. hold the power button for at least 30 seconds. plug it back in without the battery and try to start. if nothing do the same and this time just put the battery back in place. if still nothing then do the same again and return the battery and the power cable to your laptop and see if it will start.

if this doesnt work then it is time to check hardware. remove the ram from the laptop and try one stick at a time in each slot and see if it will boot. this will help you figure out if you have a bad stick of ram or a bad slot.
