Things like new building materials allowing less electricity consumptions by AC. And what about opportunity cost of people less willing to buy a new home becasue the cost of building it has increased? What about the cost due to loss of productivity becasue offices/factories have to reduce the operating time of AC systems? And what is the cost of replacing low energy efficient machinaries with better ones?
