it may not be the best fit. Dasiy cutter or BLU-82, the predecessor of MOAB was used mainly for clearing rocky or heavily wooded area, rather than anti-personel weapon. MOAB is the same, the efficiency per-pound is far less than cluster bomb, also, it may cause big collecteral damage.
