in china when you say you got a 法律博士 in american law schools, most lawyers know that you refers to jd. and when you say you have a 法学博士 in american law schools, most lawyers will know that's jsd. it's just that lawyers know the differences of several law degrees of us law schools.
and it seems that there's no doubt that mr. xu has those degrees and he has accurately included those in his resume. it's just that his achievements don't match the weight of his degrees, especially the JD from yale.
