I am used to be a staunch believer of buy and hold and believe that B&H has the best long term return in stock market. However, the bear market has taught me otherwise. The best risk adjusted return is from the market timing, trend following. Jump into the up trend and cash out at the down trend. Never try to guess the market top or bottom but let the market sort it out itself. Sleep tight at night.
