Your baby is on antibiotics already, in most cased this is not needed unless there is signs of bacterial infection. As others mentioned, no need for IV unless she is severely dehydrated. Let the disease run its own course and keep a close eye on her. Usually its takes 3-5 days. Of course, if her situation deteriates, go to see a doc right away.
