law maker THOUGHT citizens MAY overthrow them and TREATED citizens much tougher than it should

after 20 years,
those stories mean NOTHING
if active partners have not learned a lessen YET

if law maker evaluated the event fairly
or
if citizen obeyed law

no tragedy like that could be happening in 1989

if law maker keeps ignoring the REAL problems in China
and
if citizen keep violating laws (man deals with the business without using hidden rules and woman makes their living without using other organs other than head and hands)

more severe tragedies are waiting for the opportunities
