Good question!

President Obama had a famous answer concerning whether
his atheist mother 该下地狱 or not. He said NO!

The reasonable question should be:

is there a 地狱?
or
we, Chinese, can decide whether there is 地狱 by believing or not?
In case there is a 地狱, can you avoid it by condemning it?
