Leasing a car, means a bank/financial institute has paid for the car and own the title, you pay monthly to use the car. Today, with the great difficulties of getting loans, banks/financial institutes are turning down applications for loan and lease to perhaps 10, 20 or even higher per-cent of people who otherwise would get a loan.
