I am very appreciating your working spirits. And also be regrettable that

After last conversation, I have begun to collecting the house information
and drawing working contracts. I hope that when you are in Shanghai in the
end of May, You can have opportunity to have a look. And also know the
detailed agreement?ˉs contents before you depart from USA . The initial
collecting results about house told me that it is not easy job to find a
better site and better house. I prepare to enlarge the searching view, and
get more information about the resource of houses. I will do my best to
find a good one for you. You know the price of house in Shanghai is very
high than other city, and on different site it is different price. I also
know the concept of building area in ad is different our general thinking.
The final result about the house, I also need to report to Leader of
University.
In order to speed up the process, I hope you fine further the plan
according to considering development step by step, or one year by one
