those are called mounted engine. For LM-2E, the mounted engin are actually stage 0 booster. Saturn 1B's eight boosters are stage 1 clustered together, I thought that's what you meant for 捆绑。Delta came from Saturn, and the first Delta design was added to gimbal mounted engins, the project started in 1959, and in 1960, Delta rocket launched Echo 1A into orbit.
