the bullet didn't penetrate but bounced away. He was okay. However his daughter wasn't so lucky. She was shot by the same guy, her ex-husband, earlier twice at her work place, a Chinese restaurant where she worked as a waitress. She died at the scene. After killing his ex-wife, and shot his ex-in-laws, the gunman went to casino a gambled. He was caught later at the casino.

It was a tragedy.
