by eczema disrupted skin. My niece has very severe eczema and allergy to peanut, fish and other things. My son also has eczema, not as severe though. If there is infection caused by eczema, it cannot be treat with corticosteroids since it weakens immune system. To see a dermatologist is the safest option.
