Try to distribute portion of your wealth to oversea, say, send your kid to study and live out of China, which is what most of the Chinese riches and high-rank officials are doing. In such a way when China becomes a non-habitant place due to lack of resources or burst of war, you can at least get a place to live rest of your life.
