I am assuming your "补助" is per diem. However, no one, including private companies or government branches, reimburses its employees after giving them per diem. That makes me wonder if you know what per diem is. Also, typically, people have to report and have their per diem deducing the meals if those meals are provided, such as in conference, or even treated by fellow employees. If we have meals provided in the corporate jet, we also need to deduce that part out.
