i dont know if mach7 is enough, but it definitely will be soon "dragged down" by the gravity which is exact what we need.
Also it should be noted that this is not ICBM.its range is only 370km.
i guess the guide system is actually a computer boarded on the ship which computes the shot angle. in this case the projectiles will be much cheaper than missiles.
