I interviewed a senior software engineer with 15 yrs experience today, She had a house in PA. I think she should retired, not sure why she is still out looking for job.

She performed bad through the interview, I also feel bad because I see the future for the old software engineer. I asked her to reverse integer in java
, like input 123, output 321, after I gave her so many hints, she still could not write the correct code. BTW, she graduated from PKU.
