剖宫产 is very safe nowadays. when it comes to vaginal prolapse & urinary incontinence later, 阴道产 is the #1 leading cause. my 2 kids were by c-section. during the 2nd stage of 阴道产, fetus is at the greatest risk, which obs cannot predict well. in general, i support c-section, based on my 17-year experience in this field.
