Generally modules are taught by the lecturer cutting and pasting from Wikipedia on to lecture slides. If students are unhappy with this complaints usually result in plagiarism from another source. If students are lucky they will receive the correct exam papers in most cases and class cancellations will be kept into single figures per semester, however the University cannot guarantee that it will provide the modules stated in course selection.
