I do hear about if a company provides both cable TV and high speed internet, both signal are delivered via the same cable, so for those only sign up for one, let's say, internet only, the company staff will just install a small device on the cable to filter out the TV signal. But in a quite rare case, some workers might forget to do so, and such a customer could get cable TV service without paying for it.
