In operation art, it talks about strategy and tactic. Lin Bio's instruction, assuming what it is genuine, is a tatical direction. Although media described the Chinese tactic as human wave attack during Korean war, it didn't fit the definition. In fact, the accurate tactical name is infiltration assult, and that is what being taught in military acadamics and tactical training. You should learn the difference between them.
