Obviously you are attitudinally loyal to US, but since there is no evidence proving you actually tried your best to stop millions of treason felons from free from justice, you are behaviorally disloyal to US.
Of course you don't need to be loyal to US if you are not a citizen, but if this was the case, you would be loyal to no country. Someone who is loyal to no country is not in any position to accuse others of being disloyal.
