回答: that is totally bullshit. Classified information is a LEGAL terms 由 steven 于 2005-11-01, 14:43:32:

Fitz said my point: Plame's ID was not widely known, but it WAS known outside the intelligence community.

There was no secret here.

Your FNC quote also proved my point:

RUSTMANN: Well, I don't know that everybody knew. I do know that her cover began to erode the moment she started dating Joe Wilson. The thing that I said was that, you know, when you walk like a duck, and quack like a duck, and look like a duck, you're probably a duck.

And at the point in time that this all broke, Valerie Plame had been working at headquarters for a long time, several years. She went to work every day to headquarters. She was married to a high-profile former ambassador. She had a couple of kids, she was living around the beltway.

Of coz! Not everybody knew. But somebody outside knew. Isn't it enough? That's my point. It's not a secret.

>> All classified information are subjected to export control. Leaking classified information is a crime. Don't pretend you know about this issues

That's a totally different game here. There are a number of stings attached to the "classified info". One of them, for example, was the "classified info" being actively protected? Was there any reasonable measure to protect it?

If you write "classified" on every paper you print, and then put them on open tables. They will not stand as "classified" in court.

As you now keep spinning about classified info, you better go back and find the exact laws and post them here, instead of BSing.
