我按照斑竹的理论猜测这主要是遗传决定的所以不坏靠运气坏了怪晦气

Other than that, keep good running form, wear a good pair of running shoes (not exceept 450 miles), take
good rest day, practice weigh training on your lower leg, maintain warm-up and cool-down routine,stretch well after running.
