Top Chinese Potty Mouths Named in Prestigious International Survey The first list of most remarkable Chinese potty mouths was established by the USA Fifty State Organic Fertilizer Union through a survey. 80,000 questionnaires were distributed with 50,000 returned as valid. The event is the first of its kind in China done by international agencies. Noticeably， China's LUXUUN in the country's western province of Shaanxi has ranked number one.
