我们当时用一个金属板来热击叶片,金属板下焊接的一个U型金属管同恒温水浴锅相连。当特定温度的水流经金属管时会加热金属板,而固定在金属板上的叶片就会被热击诱导FT基因的表达。问题是当水流入金属管时的温度比较高,而当绕金属板一周经过热交换再流出金属管时,其温度就降低了很多。因此金属板表面的温度不均匀,在金属板温度较低区域的一部分植株的热击诱导效果并不好。
