When roaring guns shattered lives, when the bullets tore the future and hopes of many, the world became the boiling water. Tears and sadness, anger and grief, the searching of answer, the disblief, even the sarcasm laughter fill the air. Yet, there is one voice, one voice coming from Virginia Tech chanting with one accord: We are Virginia Tech, We are the Hokies.

There is no anger, neither is there vengeance, neither is there desperation and frustration. There are hopes and forgiveness. There are courage, not to seek who to blame, but to move on with great resolve.
