Moon's picture is wrong, what about Earth's?

Yes, Chang'e spaceship sent us the data and we produced a picture to the public--well, the picture has a "minor" mistake! But it is still fine: it is only a picture about the moon, who really cares about a moon's picture? It is far from us anyway...... but :
the techniques used to analyze the moon's data should not be much different from those analyzing the earth's data-- from an amateur's point of view-- it should be even simpler due to the fact that the moon has no atmosphere around it!
If a moon's picture can contain such kind of elementary errors, what about those earth pictures? We already "analyze" the earth data for tens of years, if we lack the ability to do things correctly, it would mean that we might have just got a pile of junk! and it is all about our family -- the earth!
So I like to raise the questions: Does the China National Space Administration really have the correct data about our country's land? Is the data really used by some departments? The data...is... correct?
