【摘要】 祝京水库土坝是宝鸡市在20世纪70年代修筑的,现已成为病坝,需进行加固。加固前要进行坝体的稳定计算,为此对坝体碾压土的主要物理、力学指标(界限含水率、土粒相对体积质量、干密度、渗透系数、抗剪强度)及原料场土等进行了室内试验。经过对试验结果的分析,并参照一些文献资料,确定了稳定计算基本参数的建议值。

【摘要】 目的控讨提高外科手术后患者的遵医行为和对疾病相关知识知晓率,形成一个全面、全程、整体的延伸护理服务网络。方法实行责任包干制,每个护士负责6～8张病床,患者住院时由责任护士进行健康宣教和相关资料,出院后1周内由该护士进行第1次电话随访式健康教育,2周后进行第2次随访式健康教育,并分别按要求作好记录,同时成立专科病友之家,大手术及肿瘤患者按出院是情况分别作1个月、 3个月、半年,甚至有的做3年和5年的随访追踪。结果手术后出院第1次电话随访时患者存在的问题比第2次电话随访时明显有所减少;患者对自身所患疾病的了解及自我保健意识有所提高。结论通过加强手术后病人随访工作,开展电话随访及成立专科病友之家同乐活动日的形式后续服务,提高手术后患者的遵医行为,改变不良的生活方式,最终达到减少并发症、提高生活质量的目的。

【摘要】 采用盆栽称重控水法,对甜、糯玉米播种出苗期进行水分胁迫试验。结果表明,土壤干旱直接影响叶片相对含水量、干物质积累速度、叶面积、净同化率和叶绿素含量等指标,导致植株生长缓慢。但一定程度的干旱(本研究土壤相对含水量为20% ～40%)有利于根系下扎,增大根冠比和叶绿素a的比重,增加脯氨酸(Pro)的积累量。同时,甜玉米种子供给营养能力弱,1叶全展后,必须加强水分管理,否则干旱胁迫影响加剧,但成苗后甜玉米的耐旱能力强于糯玉米。
