if you want to bulk up, the easiest way is to drug yourself up.

the benefits of weight training:
1). Increase your strength, reduce injuries in sports and daily life;
2). Increase basal metabolic rate;
3). Stimulate cardiovascular system;
4). Physical attractiveness.
