if a car is driving along a sinusoidal wave-shape surface at a constant speed at any given point, where will the car attain a maximal angular velocity in pitch?

It's not so easy to devise an equation to model it because the rotation center is not fixed. I guess the curvature is large at the top and bottom of the sinusoids so the angular velocity should be biggest there.
