I never guaranteer that Windows software will run fine in Ubuntu. I only say there is the chance, and I successfully ran Sango2, without modifying any configuration. You have to play it in Ubuntu to know the result.

Doing a simple google search you can find that Quake 4, Second-life, Half-life are running in Linux. Either they have Linux version, or runing by support of wine.
