今天和我导师会面谈论文，我导师仔细读了文章，提出的一些意见非常中肯，
一些意见虽然我也不是太认可，但我导师的态度是非常认真的。

回来后看了一下邹恒甫blog上面有关于王勇的一些信息，按照下面链接找到他的博士
论文，提到感谢导师张维迎，周黎安，因为涉及内容我也比较熟悉，所以就看了下
摘要，不看不知道，一看吓一跳！

风险、努力与证券设计

摘要：本文考察了企业家需要同时进行多种决策的情形下，不同的融资方式对
于企业家最优决策的影响。企业家在经营活动中，不仅需要进行努力决策——选
择努力水平，还要进行风险决策——选择风险水平。即企业家不仅需要“正确地做
事”（do thing right，本文指努力地做事），还需要“做正确的事”（do
right thing，选择风险低的事）。企业家的这两种选择可能相互替代也可能相
互补充。我们发现，当企业家的风险选择和努力选择相互补充时，既发债又募
股的混合融资将优于单一证券融资；当企业家的风险选择和努力选择相互替
代时，采用单一证券融资将优于混合证券融资。

Abstract: In this article, we consider that firm’s
different financing way how affect entrepreneur’s decisions about
multitasks (‘do thing right’ and ‘do right thing). We distinguish
out substitute and complementarity’s relations between risk choice
and effort choice of the entrepreneur. By virtue of different relations,
we compare the optimal risk choice and effort choices under different
financing ways. We found that multi-securities is superior to single
security when risk choice and effort choice are complementary, and
multi-securities is inferior to single security if risk choice and
effort choice are substitute.
