at the same time wants to peg against the $ to
maintain advantage over surrounding 3rd world
countries when it comes to export, then, something
is going to give: inflation pressure at home. That's
exactly what you are seeing.

It is not like the bank is printing paper money too
much. They have to print that much because they hold
trillions of $ in their hands too.
