蛋白质 (TM beta-barrel) crystallisation after refolding 诸位有何高见?

为了增大水溶解度, 加了 0.6 M L-arginine, so no precipitation after taking out urea, but cann't do CD any more.

Without arg, 蛋白质沉淀得不少。

I am worried that the presence of arginine perhaps is not good for forming crystals.

Not much time left, so probably will give up soon.
