回答: If you work for two employers in a tax year 由 HunHunSheng 于 2005-9-30, 15:56:41:

can claim any social securoty taxes they paid as excessive and put down there on 1040 Form.

F-1 students are not required to pay SS taxes
but if they intern at some big companies,
human resources do not know and just deduct
from their salary.

But of course, there are advanatge in
paying SS taxes. If later you
find you can not get retirement benefits
because you only paid taxes in 9 tax
year, you would regret you did not pay
in another year even if it is not required
by law
