Many people start exercise to lose weight gain some
weight after sometime but it is still considered
helathy change because the gain in weight comes from
increase muscle size.
On the average, after 30, a person lose on epound of
muscle each year plus bone mass density (1% loss
each year. So even if your weight remain same,
it still means you gain more fat.
Exercise can partially reverse this process
(not completely reverse the process of course
because we are eventuallyong going to belly up
