揭开院士候选人所谓“国际公认的肖氏反射弧原理”的神秘面纱
本人不是搞泌尿的，但对神经还略知一二。“肖氏”对我早就如累灌耳了。如果你用“肖传国”搜索一下因特网，类似下面的结果会遍地开花。
――“肖氏反射弧”的创立者肖传国教授在世界上首创的“人工建立体神经－内脏神经反射弧恢复截瘫病人膀胱功能手术”处于国际领先地位，相继获得“吴阶平奖”、2000年度湖北省自然科学一等奖、2001年度国家科技进步二等奖。肖传国教授还由此获得了2002年度“何梁何利奖”。
――45岁的肖传国是武汉协和医院80年代送出去的高材生，学成后定居美国。1988年，他提出国际公认的“肖氏反射弧”原理——外科领域里仅有的几项以中国人名字命名的手术原理。
――在协和，“肖氏原理”很快用于临床。这一转化，比他在美国的同项进程早了近5年。1999年，包括7名院士在内的专家鉴定“肖氏原理”“开创神经学研究新领域，达到国际领先水平。”权威人士认为，肖氏手术令全国近20万截瘫病人有望扔掉尿袋子。
学医的都知道，医学术语中没有几个是以中国人名字命名的，这下有了，叫我们如何不雀跃欢呼！
且慢，让我们看看国际上是谁封了一个“肖氏原理”、“肖氏反射弧”、或 “肖氏术”。
首先，肖氏提供的最得意的证据“他的发明被写进了Campell Urology”。不错，在该书第26章由Alan Wein写的“Neuromuscular dysfunction of the lower urinary tract and its management中引用过他在1999年在Journal Of Urology上的一篇用猫做实验的文章，Wein指出这是一个有趣的实验。 该章节共引用600多篇文献，是不是每一篇被引用的文章都被称为“某某氏理论”呢？
然后，我们看看肖氏发表的文章及引用情况（外刊）。总共4篇文章（肖氏的文章多数是通讯作者，也是第一作者），共引用14次，其中自引5次。（附后）
最后，让我们看看肖氏原理、肖氏术在国内（国外就不用说了）的应用推广情况。据称，肖氏在80年代就提出“肖氏原理”，在80年代就实施了“肖氏术”，近20年过去了， 全国有没有第二家医院或者第二个医师能做“肖氏术”（如果有，请告诉我，我会介绍病人去的）？据称，这是最高机密，除肖氏本人外，任何人都不得碰“肖氏术”。连肖氏嫡系也不能传。为什么？想想就知道了。
