although you may have to survive on the margin. without independent news media, a few of the blogs may become the only credible sources. also you don't have to report only politics to qualify as "real", as long as you only report the real things.
credibility is key. there will be huge rewards for those who first establish credibility. in a market economy, what is in short supply can command the highest price.
or maybe it is just hopeless. even then it is better to not be delusional.
