The news only report that Chinese citizens are sought since: 1). A tip from the people who organized the smuggle from Mexico. 2). They traveled with two Iraqis. 3). It is the time for "Bush".
Unfortunately, the emphasis of the report is not well balanced. It is suggestive. I think we all had the experience of reading, and listening between lines
