Now I am worrying the whole day that I have diabete (but I didn't check the blood glucose yet). My mother's auntie had it, my mother's sister and my mother had their glucose level hitting the upper bound. Basically I have white toast+butter+jelly for breakfast, and wholemeal bread+olive oil for dinner, sometimes brown rice. For lunch I have greek-style yogurt+honey. I think I can use boil eggs for breakfast, but the lunch is hard to modify...
I heard that people with diabete always feel thirsty, and this is true for me...worrying...
