I don't know why 哈工大深圳研究生院 hired so many "控制 guys? In USA, many 控制 guys can't find job. I know several control guys who have 30 IEEE journal papers but still a post-doctor.
Why 周克敏 go to 哈工大深圳研究生院? I think he can't find funding or have limited funding to support his 3 months salary. I know another 控制 professor go to China to apply for 长江学者 to surpport his 3 months salary.
I don't know why 哈工大深圳研究生院 put so much money on Control? Perhaps in control field it's eeasy to publish papers.
