老中一号, it is easy to sight GC nomcompliance than to sight tax law noncompliance
There is no way to check if one pay his tax or
not. I am not sure if it is OK just to tip
IRS on every sea turtle on the assumption
that most sea turtle do not pay tax on
their income in Cathay.
Of course, as you said, the people
most motivated to expose them
are their business compettitors,
disgruntled ex-spouses, jealous
coworkers, envious neighbors.
We should raise the awareness
that these people can get even
with thepeople they hate by
tipping IRS (or USCIS
for that matter too)
