in trials it's solid comparison: vaccine vs placebo

now we do not have a good metric to compare, i think should be compard to flu vaccine: say death # within one month after vaccination.

this is beyond controversy, determine death reason is ahrd job, esp for weak elderlies, any tip of balance could quicken death. now we simply check totla death # regardless of reason, except obvious ones like hmicide or traffic accident death
