2. The business has to shut down for liability reasons, also has to make sure the source of infection is eliminated, do you have better suggestions?

4. WTF? The virus spreads indoor so it won't outdoor? The assumption is you live with your family member long enough to know no one is infected. No source of infection. Can you say the same with people you meet outdoor?
