There used to be an innocent girl gunned donw by an illegal. The illegal was not arrested for murder but involuntary man·slaugh·ter or something like that. 
The "righties" or whoever is against illegal immigration (I am actually against illegal immigration) believe and use it as an example that the verdict is because it is in CA so illegal is protected. But if you study the case, the guy did not point the gun to the girl, it was an accident.
