Usually I don't have time and motivation to visit internet when I travel. Even I have time I would rather pay a visit to the downtown and check things out. Don't you feel silly sitting in a hotel room browsing the internet? Telephone call is made easier today. Cell phone is a much better alternative if you don't travel too far.
I was impressed by the hotel I stayed when I traveleld to HangZhou. They say it is the city' first 5-star hotel. RMB700/night with unlimited broadband internet access for no additional charge. The food was quite pricey though. But some how I forgot the name of this hotel.
