Medical Cover(normally 5K) for the person in your car.
and Liability Cover(big money) for the persion in the other car.
I guess for the liability Cover, the Insurance company could aruge the liability is not that big if that person had worn seat belt, and tried to lessen the liability, and try to split some cost. and the Judge will have to decide how to split it I guess.
