What are the 27 countries ahead of the US? Honduras, Al Salvado, Sierra Leone, Jamaica, etc. What a bunch of proud companies. I bet if the survey included other countries such as Yemen, Sudan, Syria, Eritrea, Congo, etc, the US might not even crack the top 50.

The fact is, among developed countries, US is no. 1 by a wide margin!
