我搜索了一下。

首先从我自己的经验来看,我每周要打两到三次中等强度(相对于自己能力),每次两个多小时的羽毛球。有时候周末有比赛,强度可能很高,有时候一天要打五六场水平相近的比赛。这样当天活动结束后不马上牵引,第二天爬起来是有困难的。

赛前的拉伸或许没跑跳热身好,但往往也能很快调动状态。
